After entering some talent competitions, issuing an independent album, Prelude to a Dream, and attracting interest on YouTube, she gained wider popularity in 2010 with her performances in the fifth season of the America’s Got Talent (AGT) competition, at the age of 10, finishing in second place. With the subsequent release of her O Holy Night EP, she became the best-selling debut artist of 2010 and the youngest top-10 debut artist in history, and she went on to contend, in June 2011, for the top position on American album charts with her Sony Music debut album, entitled Dream With Me. According to some brain experts all her talent is controlled, dictated from the brain. I’m a huge jackie fan, but I’m totally uncomfortable with them batting around terms like “superhuman”. She has an beautiful and extremely mature voice well beyond her age. let’s leave it at that.
@DiscordOfSound I’m not trying to get on your case about this because i’m not a huge fan of opera or Jackie but you’re comparing her to professional opera singers who are decades older than her. Find another 11 year old opera singer to compare her with. That’s the only way to prove or disprove it.

If Jackie is her own choreographer, then someone had better step in and save her. She’s an incredible talent… but many incredible talents have been ruined by those around them. My observation is that her ruination by outside influences has already begun. If you can’t handle my opinion, then do yourself a favor and TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER.
@Laundis I agree, and it seems that, at times, all of the self-proclaimed experts and predictors of the future really do come out of the woodwork and post their uninformed and uneducated remarks on Jackie’s videos. Oh well, all of us here at this studio enjoy a good laugh everyday, and we find a lot of humor in their comments. Happy New Year to you.

We have a saying in Germany – it’s called “Klugscheisser” – well I don’t know the translation in English but it’s somthing like smart ass – a person trying to be smart and having no idea, what he is talking about ^^. I hate to say this … but I doubt you have any idea, what you are talking about. There are enough videos available to verify Jackie’s talent and assuming she is incapable of doing what she ist doing ist just rediculous.

@DiscordOfSound I don’t understand how you can possibly think she is faking, she has performed in front of a live audience multiple times, she was on Americas Got Talent and they had her randomly sing, along with her home videos and her CD. Plus, you can’t fake the brain scans. She is a great singer, leave her be.
